El proyecto “English in Slovenia & AllHandsEd in Spain” ha tenido lugar durante el curso 2024/25 y se ha dirigido a alumnos de 3º ESO. El proyecto ha buscado la innovación de la enseñanza del inglés a través de nuevas metodologías que puedan aumentar la motivación de alumnos y profesores y crear un entorno más atractivo e interactivo. Durante el desarrollo del proyecto, los alumnos han aprendido a utilizar herramientas digitales que les han permitido trabajar de manera colaborativa en la creación de contenidos y comunicación de manera creativa y responsable. Han trabajado en clase con un robot e, incluso, han observado el uso de nuevas tecnologías en varias asignaturas, como Química, en la que crearon helados con hidrógeno. Los alumnos del intercambio también han participado en actividades que les han hecho reflexionar sobre temas como la inclusión, integración social y el uso del lenguaje inclusivo en inglés. En las estancias en Liubliana y Madrid, se han realizado presentaciones sobre aspectos culturales de cada país y se han realizado visitas a lugares emblemáticos que han ayudado a conocer mejor la historia e identidad de ambos países.

The “English in Slovenia & AllHandsEd in Spain” project took place during the 2024/25 academic year and was aimed at 3rd year ESO students. The project sought to innovate English language teaching through new methodologies that could increase student and teacher motivation and create a more engaging and interactive environment. During the project, students learned to use digital tools that allowed them to work collaboratively on content creation and communication in a creative and responsible manner. They worked with a robot in class and even observed the use of new technologies in various subjects, such as Chemistry, where they created ice cream using hydrogen. The exchange students also participated in activities that made them reflect on issues such as inclusion, social integration and the use of inclusive language in English. During their stays in Ljubljana and Madrid, presentations were given on cultural aspects of each country and visits were made to iconic places that helped them learn more about the history and identity of both countries.
